ALMAS operates on a performance-aligned commercial model. Compensation is structured around operational milestones and asset outcomes — not fixed retainers or billable hours. All commercial terms, including scope definition and incentive structure, are formalised through an Aligned Incentive Agreement executed prior to any mandate. Every partner in the platform carries a stake in the asset’s performance.
